Engineer1 (Engineering Services) was established in 2007 to provide engineering and project management services to civil, commercial, industrial and forensic engineering. Up to today, it has continually provided these services to Architects, Builders, Specialist Contractors, Developers and people requiring assistance from commercial to residential concerns

Engineer1 (Structural & Civil) Engineering provides structural and Civil design services for a broad range of structures. Every year we work on a number of architectural and industrial projects. Examples include, Architectural designed projects, renovations alterations and additions, shops, offices, swimming pools, retaining walls, tilt up constructions, construction equipment, waste and stormwater management, aero hangers and large storage buildings.

We use design analysis and CAD software to create clear, easy-to-interpret structural drawings, details and notes. Coordination between the design team is an important part of the CAD Drafting phase and is made easier through open communication and organized electronic drawings.
